How long is the Contract Term?
The contract term is 1 Year.
Are utilities paid?
All utilities are paid by the resident.
What is required to move in?
A resident application, credit check and the security deposit and rent upon move in.

We have 24 units on the property.
4 of them are 1 bedroom, 1 bath at 700 sq ft.
4 of them are 1 bedroom, 1 bath at 780 sq ft.
12 of them are 2 bedroom, 1 bath at 800 sq ft.
4 of them are 2 bedroom, 2 bath at 880 sq ft.
What type of lease do you offer?
The term of the contract is 1 year. Lease terms are often able to coincide with college semester start and end dates. Please speak with our leasing manager for your specific needs.
Do you accept pets?
We do not accept pets.
Is there parking on the property?
Yes, there is parking on the property for all tenants.
